Memorial of the city - Part I
Memorial of the city is a place - a big place - where all kinds of cultural manifestation could happen. There are an open stage, a theatre, a exposition room. It was built between March 1993 and August 1996, to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Curitiba City. There are also some paintings and sculptures made by local artists.

Poty Lazzarotto.
A big wall* painting by Poty Lazarotto, in 1991, to pay homage to Curitiba City during celebration of its 300 years old and 100 years of Nossa Senhora da Luz Cathedral.
Napoleon Potyguara Lazzarotto or Poty Lazzarotto (1924-1998) was a painter, engraver, ceramist and muralist, internacionaly renowned.

Rosario Mansion
The house was built in the end of XIX Century and for a long time, it was one of the most luxurious house in the city. It belonged to Paula França family (1890). At that time Paula França was the mayor of the city. At the 80's of XX Century, seat there Parana Ghoethe Institute. After that it was considered by the city hall as historical patrimony.
In 1992, after restauration it was oppened as a culture space where people can find an Art Gallery, a Bookshop, an Antiquary, a Restaurant and Tea House, a Frame Shop as weel all kinds of cultural events.
